Camel Audio Biolabs Absynth Research Sounds Vols 4-6 called ‘Darkness and Light’ is the second half of the Biolabs library (first half is Biolabs Absynth Research Sounds Volumes 1-3) featuring nearly 400 presets for Absynth and over 350 MB specially-created samples. The sounds have been expertly programmed by Biomechanoid, a well respected sound designer and one of the principle authors of the Absynth factory sounds, as well as Cameleon 5000. We’re giving away 30 free demo presets for you to get a taste.

Absynth Reseach Sounds is the only commercial preset library to take full advantage of Absynth 3’s advanced features, including sample playback, granular synthesis and surround sound.

The library includes three volumes of 128 sounds - bio:synthesis II, bio:rhythmics II and bio:sfx+atmospheres II. Every preset has at least four specially selected rapid access controllers, to give you fast access to the most important parameters. These can be used to mix, morph and mutate the sounds providing an enormous range of sounds, and they’re also great for live tweaking!

The library comes with a manual packed which includes a mini Absynth tutorial and tips on using the patches, as well as information on programming your own sounds. The bank is available both as an instant download or on CD for a small extra cost ($10.95).
