Alesis Surge Cymbals

Alesis SURGE are all-new electronic cymbals that feature real cymbals with Piezo-based triggers, delivering the convenience of an e-percussion experience with the realism of acoustic cymbals. Crafted from genuine brass alloy and dampened by a clear, proprietary vinyl layer, the SURGE electronic cymbal triggers offer a lighting fast, crystal clear response.

Surge Cymbals are available in a 12″ Single-zone Hi Hat, 13″ Single-zone Crash (with and without choke capability) and a 16″ Dual-zone, bow/bell trigger points (with and without choke capability). Each Surge cymbal is designed to deliver crisp, accurate response with remarkable realism feel. Surge cymbals can mount to standard cymbal mounts and arms for use with nearly any electronic drum kit. A special mounting design keeps the cymbal from twisting while it is being played.

Alesis’s latest drum kits are also available bundled with a complete set of Surge Cymbals.
